You told us what you wanted, and we listened! Silverline is dedicated to keeping CalendarAnything the most customizable calendar app on the market and we always appreciate your suggestions. We’re happy to announce that CalendarAnything Winter 2015 is now available on the AppExchange. Take advantage of exciting new features and functionality including:

  • New Swimlane View – Now you can visualize calendar records grouped by User, across time. This new view is similar to the Multi-User Day View in Salesforce Calendars, but allows you to see any of your CalendarAnything records. It’s great for viewing your team’s activities such as the opportunities and cases they are working. It also comes in handy when scheduling and planning resources.

  • Improved Search – You can now find your calendar records faster than ever before! The new search feature filters records based on the calendars you have displayed, allowing you to quickly find what you are looking for. Simply type your criteria into the Search box and the records will dynamically reduce to match your search.

  • Salesforce1 Mobile Extension – View your calendars on the go! Customize which calendars are displayed on your mobile device and view them in Agenda View, through the Salesforce1 Mobile App. (Note: The Salesforce1 Mobile Extension is a free package extension that needs to be installed in your Org. It will be available on the AppExchange soon. To receive an email once the extension is available for installation, fill out this form.

Swimlane is great but how do you group Opportunities by custom fields (Picklist values). I can’t seem to group by anything other than Owner field.
