What does your average day look like?
My average day is dynamic and I am working across the business. Some days are filled with working with Sales on go-to-marketing strategy and tactics, or participating in sales calls with customers and prospects. In many cases, I am also acting as a SME to provide best practices and guidance. I work on the overall execution of our marketing strategy and creating content (POVs, Journeys, etc.). I also participate in sync with the Salesforce marketing team on product launches, speaking in webinars about media and Media Cloud.
What inspired you to create Shift CRM?
I kind of fell into the Salesforce Consulting ecosystem. It all started when I was working for a company that wanted to put in a CRM. At the time, I didn’t know about Salesforce, but had a good friend that worked there. He suggested it would be a good fit. We purchased it, and a company named Blue Wolf met with me and wanted to do the implementation. After a short discussion, I felt I could do a better job. And my Salesforce journey began. Coming from a programming and development background, I learned the platform and implemented it. The platform was a success. Salesforce followed up and they loved the work. It was them who suggested I should do this, and after much thinking I decided to give it a go.
I love technology and solving problems and wanted to build a company that was focused on customer success. I wanted to wake up every morning and love what I do. My philosophy is love what you do and you will never work a day in your life! That was the company I was going to build. That was my inspiration!

What do you hope for your future at Silverline?
I want to Shift it, continue to transform media, and ensure every customer has a partner they can trust to guide them on their journey. I want to continue to influence the Salesforce Marketing Cloud roadmap and close alignment with the Industries team. I want to be global and provide best in class digital transformation to the media industry as a whole. I want the people to love what they do, continue to learn and grow. And most of all I want everyone to have fun along the way!
