Job Title: Director, Healthcare and Life Sciences
Start Date:
October 2020

Tell us a fun fact or something interesting about yourself?:

I was born in the United Kingdom.

What is your position at Silverline?

Services Lead.

What does your average day look like?

My typical day starts the night before with a preview of the following day and looking at any action items that are due/pending. I generally head to my workspace (with a built-in view of the mountains here in Idaho) and join the daily stand-ups for projects in my delivery portfolio.

The rest of my day is normally split between collaborating with other Silverliners on new pursuits, contributing to engagement deliverables, and meeting with clients. I also try to find time to jump into Trailhead and spend a few minutes learning something new.

How did you find out about Silverline and your current position?

I was searching for new opportunities and happened to network with Richard Stack. He shared some of the great things Silverline was doing.

What motivates you at work?

I love solving problems! I get to work with talented people solving meaningful problems that have an impact on many lives.

What are some interesting challenges you face?

Healthcare and Life Sciences projects have so many interesting challenges, and all of them center around the desire to serve people, remove barriers to effective care, and provide great experiences.

What new things have you learned since you began working at Silverline?

I was fairly new to the Salesforce ecosystem, so I’ve been learning a lot! I really appreciate our adaptive methodology and the thinking that went into it. I also enjoy working with the OmniStudio set of tools.

What do you think makes Silverline successful?

100% people, and everyone’s willingness to be in service and go the extra mile.

What is your favorite perk?

I think Silverline provides really good work/life balance through its PTO and wellness efforts. That helps me re-charge and be ready to go 100%.

What do you hope for your future at Silverline?

I look forward to helping support the next phase of growth at the company and help the development of the next generation of Silverliners.

What advice would you give someone considering a job at Silverline?

If you want to work in a collaborative environment, enjoy learning, and want to make a difference, Silverline is a great place to work.
