What is a fun fact or something interesting about yourself?

I can solve a Rubik’s cube in under five minutes!

What is your position at Silverline?

I’m a banking solutions lead. I would describe it as being an industry expert in banking, go-to-market strategy, industry best practices, solutions, and design.

What does your average day look like?

Talking to customers and prospects about the art of the possible when it comes to banking, the Salesforce ecosystem, and partner solutions. I help banks understand industry best practices and provide solutions for their technology gaps. Lastly, I work with nCino, one of our partners, and help with banking enablement for Silverline.

How did you find out about Silverline and your current position?

I found it on Glassdoor!

What motivates you at work?

Helping banks become more efficient and lower their workload. We have a mission to solve everyday banking problems, so small community banks can compete with large enterprise banks.

What are some interesting challenges you face?

I think the challenges I face are in helping banks see the bigger picture. Many times they want an immediate solution for their business gap or process. They need to understand what they have and it’s our job to help develop the roadmap. We have to show how we can solve for more than just one piece of the puzzle. We want banks to see Salesforce as a customer engagement platform.

What new things have you learned since you began working at Silverline?

I have learned so much on Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, and all of the Google software. I also have learned that the people here are awesome and I love the culture. We have a lot of large clients which requires a lot of expertise, and everyone is passionate to get the job done.

What do you think makes Silverline successful?

100% the culture! The willingness of everyone to pitch in and help, and have a get it done attitude! Also, the overall friendliness of the people here.

What is your favorite perk?

Getting to work from home! We are empowered to make the right decisions for our clients and they trust we are doing a great job no matter where we are. Most places require you to live close, and I think Silverline is special in the fact that we don’t care where you live; it’s your talent that is important.

What is your favorite memory from working at Silverline?

The 2019 Silverline Sales Kickoff. I really enjoyed it and there was a lot of great collaboration. It was fantastic to meet everyone on the Sales team.

What do you hope for your future at Silverline?

I hope to continue to collaborate with my peers and to build a best-of-breed banking team. I want to be committed to honing my skills as we go to market.

What advice would you give someone considering a job at Silverline?

Be ambitious, innovative, and empowered to make decisions for your team. Challenge the status quo and give it your all. Your title doesn’t matter; you do what’s best and work hard.
