Silverline, a Salesforce consulting firm headquartered in New York City, announced today that Nicole McGuire will take on an expanded role as Senior Director, Insurance Services Lead. Nicole will be responsible for the overall insurance project portfolio health, delivery capabilities, resource development, staffing, scaling, and overall client satisfaction. Nicole will also continue in her role of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capability lead. She will partner with Rob Petitgout, our new Insurance Go-To-Market Lead, on strategy and industry point of view as they continue to grow the business.

Nicole joined Silverline in August 2020, where she’s used over 20 years computer science experience and a decade of Salesforce architecture, development, and integration experience to build solutions that respond to clients’ specific business needs. Her Salesforce Industries expertise has made her an invaluable member of the Insurance team, creating customer-centric digital experiences built natively on the Salesforce platform, enabling seamless integration with market-leading CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement capabilities.
