Silverline is excited to announce the addition of Lisa Dallenbach, Silverline’s first Chief People Officer. Lisa will be overseeing Employee Experience, Human Resources, and Recruiting, and will report directly to Gireesh Sonnad, CEO, at headquarters in New York City.

Lisa comes to Silverline from the Advertising and Media industry and brings a unique perspective to the role of CPO given her early career experience at client brands and in client service prior to stepping into talent roles. A thought leader in human resources management, Lisa intrinsically understands the value a strong talent agenda can bring to an organization by accelerating growth—for employees and the organization as a whole. The addition of Lisa to Silverline’s Executive Team supports Silverline’s continued focus on the growth and development of team members.

Dallenbach served most recently as the Chief Talent Officer & Chief Human Resources Manager at Mindshare, a Global Media Agency Network in New York. Lisa is an alumnus of Boston College, as well as Fordham University where she received her Masters of Business Administration.
