How much time do you and your team waste in endless email strings trying to find a time to sync with an internal or external audience? Sometimes it seems like we spend more time scheduling the meeting than we spend in the meeting itself!
Give your audience the gift of control with RSVP
Eliminate phone tag and streamline the scheduling process with RSVP, a CalendarAnything accelerator! RSVP allows you and your team to create records with time, description, location, and capacity data. This gives your audience the power to register when the time is right for them — rather than dealing with long email chains or missed calls.
RSVP is powered by CalendarAnything and a Salesforce website that allows your party, prospects, or clients the ability to self schedule. This force.com site allows your organization to provide a user experience that will match your brand — through branded urls, customized images, headings, and email templates. RSVP can be displayed on a Salesforce homepage, Community, record, or any public-facing site. The accelerator also allows for both authenticated and unauthenticated booking.
RSVP grants your audience the flexibility to view and sign up for 1:1 meetings or a group session. The accelerator displays an up-to-date record of available seats for a group session and will remove that event from the calendar once it has reached capacity.
Each registrant will receive a confirmation email with a link to add the meeting to their calendar. Reminder emails can be sent using Salesforce workflow rules to ensure no one misses an event. Does your guest have a sudden conflict? Confirmation emails also include a link to cancel.
Plus, the powerful tool behind CalendarAnything allows reports to be easily built! Effortlessly view how many people have registered for a particular event or utilize CalendarAnything’s Gantt view and color code attendance metrics for quick-check analytics.
Using CalendarAnything and RSVP together combines the visualization of Salesforce data as a calendar with the efficiency and functionality of self scheduling.
