Mphasis Silverline is excited to welcome EJ Drust as the GTM Lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences. EJ brings over three decades of leadership experience in bridging business strategy and technology execution. During his nine years at Salesforce, EJ spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance sales strategy and program economics across pharma, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, negotiated high-stakes contracts, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven solutions and deliver consistent bottom-line value.

His expertise in practice leadership, PMO development, program governance, and digital transformation supports his passion for creating differentiated service offerings to meet clients’ specific needs.
