Mphasis Silverline is excited to welcome Manish Sheth as the Global GTM Lead for AI, Agentforce, & Data Cloud. Manish joins us with over 30 years of experience in leading CRM-Salesforce and ERP-SAP transformations across a broad range of industries in both the public and private sectors. He has led numerous advisory engagements for global enterprise customers leveraging digital strategy, GTM thought leadership, transformation roadmaps, and business value realization.

Manish has spent the last eight years at Salesforce supporting revenue growth at commercial and public sector accounts globally. He is a results-driven transformation specialist and problem solver, driving large digital transformation and value consulting engagements. He excels at building trust with customers and their C-suite leadership teams to enable successful digital transformation initiatives, resulting in consistent measurable business outcomes.
Manish has two MBA degrees from the University of Scranton: a MBA in Quantitative Management Systems and MBA in Finance. Manish earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Mumbai. He also holds six Salesforce Cloud certifications: Sales, Service, Field Service Lightning, Admin, Advanced Admin, and AI Associate.
