Awhile back, our marketing team spent a lot of time rebranding our website, presentation templates, letterhead, and more. As part of this exercise, we also wanted to make sure everyone in our company had a consistent email signature. Easy right? Not so much.

We asked everyone to update their signature but still found that email signatures were surprisingly inconsistent. Right around that time, we heard about Sigstr. Their platform provides central control over your company’s email signature. In addition to ensuring brand consistency across your entire company, Sigstr also helps drive marketing ROI and employee engagement with clickable call-to-action banners, so we decided to give it a try.

Sigstr allows us to include campaign banners for ALL of our employees and deploys it with the click of a button. It’s awesome! We now easily create email signature campaigns to promote company awards and new offerings and can update them as often as we like. Here’s a sample of what it looks like in action:

How Sigstr's Email Signature Platform is Helping Silverline Improve Communications

We’ve been able to turn our whole team into employee advocates, which has been a huge help for our recruiting. SIlverline was recently named as one of the top 50 Inc. Best Workplaces. When we included that in our employee’s signatures, our recruiting team had a big jump in interested potential employees. Amazing people want to work with other amazing people at a company with great perks – am I right? (Ps we’re still hiring).

There’s a bunch of cool uses cases for Sigstr that we have yet to try, but we’re excited about what we’ve seen already! Up next, we’ll be using Sigstr to boost registrations for events and webinars. Check out their blog for more ideas on how to leverage employee email to deliver personalized content with every email sent.
