So how does the process of working with Mphasis Silverline typically work? After you book time via the chatbot, we will have an intro call with our subject matter experts based on your industry + use case. After the intro call, we usually do a discovery call to get the full picture of your use case. This leads to our detailed proposal containing the scope, resources, assumptions, timeline and investment details.
A little about me: I started using Salesforce as an end user and began to see the tremendous value that it added to my day-to-day. Fast forward a few years and I became a certified Salesforce Admin and implemented Salesforce for a non-profit close to my heart. I then joined Accenture as a Salesforce Consultant in 2019, and Silverline as a Solution Architect in 2021. I love to dive into the business drivers, revenue streams, and tech stacks of Fortune 1000 companies. I’m based in Atlanta and am passionate about cooking and sports (War Eagle and Go Vikings!)
