Mark Jaundoo Joins Silverline as Director, Client Partner

Silverline, a Salesforce consulting firm headquartered in New York City, today announced that Mark Jaundoo has joined the Banking and Lending practice as Director, Client Partner. In this new role, Mark will partner with banks and credit unions to help them identify new ways to leverage technology solutions that drive transformation, growth, and measurable results.

Having a robust background in corporate strategy and digital transformation, Mark partners with banks and credit unions to help them identify new ways to curate and drive business strategy, improve change management, and leverage technologies that drive digital adoption, growth, and measurable ROI.

Mark was formerly the head of Digital Transformation at City National Bank of Florida. At this $21B Miami-based bank, he was responsible for the program’s vision, delivery, and execution. He managed functional, technical and change management teams that led to 92% of the bank utilizing Salesforce and nCino for daily front and back-office activities. The transformation included leveraging Azure, Blend, Moody’s, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM, UiPath, Qualtrics, and more.

Before working at City National Bank of Florida, Mark led implementations at IberiaBank and Sabadell Bank. During his 9+ year tenure in the banking industry, Mark played essential roles in four successful bank acquisitions, has been the head of two digital banks, and led digital marketing, data, and commercial planning departments that drove consistent organizational change.
