Salesforce hosted its Industries Summit for Healthcare and Life Sciences on Wednesday, October 7th, 2020. With the launch of Salesforce Industries earlier this year, the summit focused on how Salesforce Industries and its capabilities are sure to enhance the way Healthcare organizations use Salesforce.
The overall theme of the day was digital transformation, and how to get there fast. Salesforce Industries are a new way to “drive healthcare consumer-centricity, empower teams with data, design best-in-class virtual health experiences, and deliver omni-channel engagement.”
