On March 11, 2020, Salesforce announced that in order to help combat COVID-19, they will be providing healthcare organizations free Health Cloud access for six months. Salesforce identified Silverline as one of their preferred partners to assist organizations in getting the solution up and running, and to address some of the immediate challenges faced by these institutions. This will be available to qualified emergency response teams, call centers, and care management teams for health systems affected by COVID-19.
What’s included with free Health Cloud access?
This Health Cloud Org includes Salesforce’s COVID-19 Inbound Call Center solution, which can help you track, assess, and provide relevant information to patients and consumers calling for information regarding COVID-19. It also enables you to share knowledge, articles, and Frequently Asked Questions with patients and consumers either via email or through a community. Features include:

- Shield Platform Encryption
- Customer Communities
- Premier support
