Silverline, a Salesforce consulting firm headquartered in New York City, today announced that Rob Petitgout has joined the Financial Services practice as Senior Director, Insurance Go-To-Market Lead. In this new role, Rob will partner with insurance companies to help them identify new ways to leverage technology solutions that drive transformation, growth, and measurable ROI.

In previous roles, Rob led teams at CSC/DXC Technology, Publicis.Sapient, NTT Data, and IBM building Salesforce/Salesforce Industries practices for Insurance. Digital innovation and transformation are the core tenets in his work for large insurers in the P&C, Life and Retirement verticals. These innovations featured Salesforce’s Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Industry products to deliver an omnichannel experience to customer service, claims, underwriting, and agent/customer experience.
