Ilka Lauermann has been appointed as the new practice lead. She earned a BS in Business Administration in Tourism and Travel Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Worms, Germany. She has worked for more than 25 years in travel and hospitality before joining the Salesforce ecosystem and Silverline three years ago. Ilka is known for her contagious energy, drive, and ability to motivate. Her passion is all about customer success and she is overjoyed to combine her wealth of experience with cutting-edge technology and AI to help organizations across the industry excel.
