Gantt View Improvements

Key Updates:

• When Gantt View shows column headers by week, the year is no longer included in the date.
• Added Week Cell Width to General Settings for Gantt View. Options are Small, Middle, and Wide.
• Above the first week of each month, the numeric sequence of that week within the year is displayed.

Benefits:

• Provides a cleaner look in Gantt View.
• Provides formatting options for Gantt View.
• Shows at-a-glance where each displayed week falls sequentially within the year.

Kanban View Improvement

For Kanban View showing Grouping Interval by week, each week displayed is followed by the numeric sequence of that week within the year.

Key Updates:

• Kanban View shows the numeric sequence of each week within the year in parentheses after each date.

• Shows at-a-glance where each displayed week falls sequentially within the year.

Option to exclude public calendar appointments from Availability

CalendarAnything can be configured to omit time slots from Availability calendars for dates and times booked on users’ shared Google and Outlook calendars.

Key Updates:

• Availability Scheduling has been enhanced with the configurable option to omit time slots of appointments booked on shared public Google and Outlook calendars when loading available time slots to calendar.

Benefits:

• Eliminates the need for users to enter appointments from their public calendars as exceptions on their Availability templates.
