New Features
CalendarAnything Lite for Salesforce Field Service Mobile App – an add-on for Salesforce Field Service
Bring the power of CalendarAnything to the field.
The CalendarAnything Lite for Field Service mobile app bridges the gap in Salesforce Field Service Mobile by enabling field service teams to see all relevant Salesforce data (not just FSL objects) in one intuitive, mobile-friendly calendar view.
From the field to the back office, everyone gains complete visibility into resources, appointments, equipment, and cases — empowering faster decisions, proactive collaboration, and better customer experiences.
Benefits:
- Unified calendar view: Overlay any Salesforce object with Service Appointments, including Work Orders, Assets/Inventory, Cases, and even PTO calendars.
- Role-based calendars: Technicians, dispatchers, and managers can each view personalized calendars tailored to their role, ensuring they see the most relevant jobs, tasks, and resources at a glance.
- Full team + equipment insight: Field techs know exactly which team members they’re working with and what equipment is needed before arriving onsite.
- Mobile-first design: Optimized for field techs using Field Service Mobile app while still giving dispatchers, service managers, and executives access via desktop CalendarAnything.
- Proactive communication: Identify missing resources or equipment in advance, reducing wasted trips, delays, and customer frustration.
Improvements
CalendarAnything Drag & Drop Support for Salesforce Flows
Benefits:
- Enhances automation and efficiency by connecting calendar interactions with Salesforce business processes. Reduces manual updates, ensures data consistency, and allows admins to extend drag & drop functionality to fit unique operational workflows.
Key Updates:
- Users can now trigger Salesforce Flows directly from drag & drop actions in CalendarAnything. When a record is moved or rescheduled on the calendar, the associated Flow can automatically execute predefined logic such as updating related records, sending notifications, or applying business rules.
Bug Fixes
- The “Sorting Field” value should be cleared when the “Group by Field” is changed.
- Event time is not properly adjusted for daylight savings when event is updated with drag & drop on the calendar
