By default, Salesforce archives activities based on the following criteria:

  • Events due more than 365 days ago
  • Closed tasks due more than 365 days ago
  • Closed tasks created more than 365 days ago that also have no due date

The CalendarAnything application simply respects this action undertaken by Salesforce. As a result, activity records that meet this criteria will not display in the CalendarAnything application.
