Improvements
Dynamic List Filtering
Dynamic Lists can now be used for filtering.
Benefits:
- Provides real-time, always up-to-date filter options
- Reduces manual admin maintenance
- Improves navigation and filtering efficiency
Key Update:
Users can now filter calendars using Dynamic Lists that automatically update based on Salesforce data, ensuring filter options are always current and accurate.
Availability
Added three new calendar-level settings for Availability calendars configured with combined availability:
- Joint Mode—provides options to simplify the calendar interface by grouping on Location, Resource, or Location and Resource
- Booking slot mode—provides options for multiple timeslot selection such as extended appointment times
- Booking resource mode—provides options for resource booking, including booking multiple resources per appointment
Benefits:
- Prevents Availability calendars with combined location and resources from becoming visually overwhelming
- Increases efficiency by enabling users to select multiple timeslots simultaneously
- Enables users to book extended appointment times
- Enables users to multiple resources per appointment
Key Updates:
- Added Joint Mode, Booking slot mode, and Booking resource mode settings to the General tab of Availability calendar setup
- Added popups to select secondary option(s) within selected primary field
- Added processing of multiple timeslot selections
- Added support for multiple resources per appointment
- Added support for extended appointment times
- Added support for both expanded appointment times and simultaneously booking multiple separate appointments
Bug Fixes
- There is no text formatting (a lot of tags) when a Rich Text Area field is added to the Child Relation Field with Show Table set to FALSE.
