CA LWC 1.177 Release Notes
Release Notes Version: 1.177
Release Date: October 19, 2026
This update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
New Features
Calendar auto-refresh
Added a new option to ‘Auto Refresh’ that allows Users to specify a time interval in minutes for automatically refreshing the page using APEX.
If any data changes occur, the calendar will refresh automatically after the specified time interval.
This feature can be found in General Settings > Display Calendars > Auto Refresh.
Improvements
Remember Last Selected Period – Swimlane
A new option has been added for the Swimlane view! Previously, when Users reloaded the page, the Default Time Grouping setting for the Swimlane view was taken from General Settings.
With the new ‘Last Selected’ option, Users can retain their most recently selected Time Grouping. When they reopen or reload the page, the Swimlane view will use the last selected value instead of the default value configured in General Settings > Swimlane > Default Time grouping.
Expanded features to Custom Buttons
“Find Availability” button (Beta)
A new button type, ‘Find Availability’, has been added for custom buttons. This button allows Users to find available time slots for an existing Event.
For this button type, Users need to specify the API name of the Availability Calendar from which available time slots will be retrieved. Additional filters can also be applied to the available time slots.
When Users click this button, an additional screen appears, displaying a list of available time slots from the specified Availability Calendar.
Note: This improvement is currently in Beta in this release of CalendarAnything LWC.
“Update Record Fields” button type
Added a new button type, “Update Record”, that allows users to update the current record. For this button type, users need to specify the API name of the field, value, or record to be updated. (i.e., Updating the record assignment of a record to the current user.)
This customizable button allows for quick modifications to records from the calendar view with just one click.
Dynamic Buttons Visibility
Expanding upon Custom Buttons, we have added the ability to define highly specific criteria for button visibility. This works seamlessly with logical operators and Field API names to give administrators full control.
This allows users to specify precise criteria of when custom buttons should be visible, ensuring clean interfaces and relevant actions based on context.

Bug Fixes
- Multiple Filter Set results displayed: Previously, when multiple Filter Sets were enabled, only one Filter Set was used instead of considering all selected Filter Sets. Now it allows displaying multiple selected filter sets.
- Display As Picklist option preventing records from being filtered: When ‘Display As Picklist’ was enabled for a lookup field in the Filter Panel, and Dynamic List is selected for that lookup field, the values were not filtered according to the selected Dynamic List.
- New records not saved when a Multi-Picklist field has no selected values: When a Multi-Picklist field was added to the Create Form, the new record could not be saved if no value was selected in the Multi-Picklist field.
- “Apply” button (Field Service): In the Field Service Mobile App, the “Apply” button was not visible for Date and Date/Time fields on iPhones.
- Event Details Popup in Swimlane view in Safari on iPad: On iPad devices using the Safari browser, users were unable to open the Event Details popup in Swimlane view.
