I’m thrilled to announce that Lizz Hellinga was named Salesforce MVP today!
What is a Salesforce MVP?
According to Salesforce, MVPs help millions of customers thrive by sharing their knowledge, leadership, and creativity within the Trailblazer Community. Salesforce MVP status is awarded for a one-year period. Each following year, MVP status is reviewed and extended based on their current contributions. New MVP classes are welcomed once per year, and anyone can nominate an MVP during the once-yearly nomination period.
These 200+ exceptional leaders are lifelong learners who go above and beyond to share their expertise and help the entire community blaze trails. Some of the characteristics these MVPs exemplify include:
- Expertise: maintains a strong, current understanding of the Salesforce products and Salesforce Ohana
- Generosity: contributes openly and actively to help others succeed in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Leadership: consistently seeks opportunities to innovate and leave a path for others to follow
- Advocacy: advocates for Salesforce and our core values of trust, growth, innovation, and equality
Lizz is extremely active in the Salesforce community and presented “Dear Admin, You are a Project Manager” and “How to Increase Your Org’s Security With 2FA” at Dreamforce this past year. She facilitated a workshop at the inaugural WITness Success Conference in July 2017 and has organized and moderated several Women in Tech (WiT) panels over the last three years. She also co-leads “Intro to App Building on Salesforce” through the nonprofit Girl Develop It. Her passion for helping others hop on what she calls the “Salesforce Success Journey” is what earned her the nomination.
