Job Title: Marketing Campaign Associate

What is a fun fact or something interesting about yourself?
I love to read! I’m currently working my way through To Kill a Mockingbird, which I read in school when I was younger.
What is your position at Silverline?
I’m the Marketing Campaign Associate at Silverline. I help create and execute our marketing campaigns; this includes emails, digital ads, and marketing automation.
What does your average day look like?
I typically start my day by checking my email and Slack for any new messages, as well as reading the latest blog from our team. I then move on to accomplishing my major tasks for that day.
How did you find out about Silverline and your current position?
What motivates you at work?
The main way I’m motivated is by having a vision for what I want going forward, whether that be more personal goals or goals for the company. I also gain motivation by working with good people who are exceptional at what they do.
What are some interesting challenges you face?
Getting some sunlight on a daily basis, since I work remotely and am inside most of the day.
What new things have you learned since you began working at Silverline?
I’ve learned a lot about the Salesforce ecosystem and search advertising, but probably the biggest area I’ve gained knowledge in is marketing automation. I’ve been interested in marketing automation for a long time, and it was great to get some hands-on experience with it.
What do you think makes Silverline successful?
Good leadership and talent, combined with the company’s strong commitment to its values.
What is your favorite perk?
Definitely being able to work remotely! Living in Atlanta, this is a huge bonus.
What is your favorite memory from working at Silverline?
The entire Silverline 10-year anniversary summit was great, but I really enjoyed the Growth team dinner, where we all shared stories.
What do you hope for your future at Silverline?
I’d love to continue to learn and grow, and help Silverline increase its footprint in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries and beyond.
What advice would you give someone considering a job at Silverline?
The same advice I’d give to anyone: focus on building yourself and when you find the right company, you’ll both know it’s a match.
