Silverline announced today that Kara Lawhorn, Managing Director, will take on an expanded role leading the Financial Services sales team. Kara re-joined Silverline in February 2021 and has been leading Financial Services sales in the Western United States. In this leadership position, Kara will be responsible for accelerating Financial Services sales growth globally as Silverline continues to develop industry-leading solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

Kara immersed herself in the Salesforce platform over a decade ago and has worked with CRM for over 13 years. She specializes in the financial services vertical and has a proven track record of growing and nurturing sales teams. Her last seven years collaboratively selling and closing business with the Salesforce Financial Services teams have earned her a reputation as a trusted partner in the ecosystem. She was most recently a VP of Sales at a competitive firm in the ecosystem and was responsible for securing new logos and expanding the footprint within existing clients. As a member of the leadership team, she helped the company experience triple-digit sales growth year over year. Kara is passionate about client success and exceeding expectations. As a former Salesforce Solution Architect and implementation consultant, she brings an added technical lens to her client discussions. Kara is a results-focused executive, focused on driving new and existing business for Salesforce and Silverline while delighting clients and establishing lasting partnerships.
