Step 1 – Create new Visualforce page

Go to Setup>>App Setup>>Develop>>Pages

Click the “New” button to create a new Visualforce Page

Type in a Label, Name (e.g. CA_Home) and Description

Check on “Available for Salesforce mobile apps” checkbox if applicable

Copy and paste the following code in Visualforce Markup tab:

<SLCA2:calendar namespace=”SLCA2″
Click “Save” button

Step 2 – Add Custom Component to Home Page

Go to Setup>>App Setup>>Customize>>Home>>Home Page Component

Under the Custom Component section, click the “New” button to create a new Visualforce area component

Type a name for the component and select “Visualforce Area” for type

Select “Wide” for the Component position

Select Visualforce Page name (e.g. CA_Home) you created in previous step from “Visualforce Page” picklist

Enter desired Height (e.g. 500)

Click “Save” button

Step 3 – Enable Custom Component on Home Page Layout

Go to Setup>>App Setup>>Customize>>Home>>Home Page Layouts

Click on “Edit” next to “Dashboard Home Page Default” page layout

Check on the checkbox next to the Custom Component created in previous step

Click “Next” button

Arrange the component on the Home Page

Click “Save” button

Step 4 – Update Clickjack Protection setting

Go to Setup>>Administration Setup>>Security Controls>>Session Settings

Uncheck “Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabled” checkbox

Click “Save” button
