Silverline announced today that Greg Kinney has joined Silverline as the Vice President of Sales, Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS). Greg’s hiring further validates Silverline’s commitment to vertical specialization and providers a strengthened framework to expand its relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, industry, and partners in which they focus.
Regarding Greg’s hire, Silverline’s SVP and GM of Healthcare Matt Gretczko said, “As Silverline expands its capabilities in a number of key sub-verticals within Healthcare, it is integral that we have a sales leader with experience building a scalable infrastructure to support our growth. Matt continued, “Greg’s leadership will enable us to build an HLS sales team with unparalleled knowledge, capabilities, and experience of both the Salesforce ecosystem and industry needs to further extend our partnership with customers.”
Greg is an eight-year veteran of the Salesforce ecosystem where he has successfully led Sales teams at two other Global Strategic Salesforce Partners. “With the dynamic growth of the Salesforce platform, it is increasingly difficult for the general-purpose consultancies to keep up with the required skills needed across all of the vertical markets. At Silverline our narrow focus on Healthcare and Financial Services gives us the ability to provide a more sophisticated and nuanced level of service to our customers,” said Greg Kinney. “Salesforce’s growing commitment to the Healthcare space will have a profoundly positive effect on the patient and caregiver experiences. I am excited to be a part of the team at Silverline that will help make those changes a reality.”
Greg has had a dynamic career in the enterprise software and services space, which includes founding the Internet consulting firm New Media Designs in the mid-90s, and later engineering its merger with Los Alamos Technical Associates. During Greg’s time at Appirio and IBM Bluewolf, he built and led high-performance sales teams that consistently exceed their goals while working closely with their Salesforce partners to provide demonstrated business value for their customers. He is a proud alumnus of Duke University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
