What is a fun fact or something interesting about yourself?

I’ve played the guitar since I was 13 years old.

What is your position at Silverline?

I am the Director of Data Technology and Strategy. I manage a team of seven individuals who work on integration projects and lead efforts to enable strategic perspectives and approaches for our clients as it relates to data and integrations.   

What does your average day look like?

Lots of calls and meetings! I’m always trying to find time to innovate.

How did you find out about Silverline and your current position?

While at my previous employer, several coworkers left to work for Silverline. I kept in touch with them and they always had awesome things to say about the company. I was so enamored with Silverline that I eventually made the move.

What motivates you at work?

The opportunity to innovate and work on different types of projects. Nothing is the same from project to project and from client to client.

What are some interesting challenges you face?

Building out our MuleSoft capabilities at Silverline is one of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of my job. It involves working with sales, alliances, marketing, and delivery.

What new things have you learned since you began working at Silverline?

I’ve learned how to be more patient and thoughtful, which has influenced my ability to be an effective manager. I’ve also learned to work with lots of new technologies.

What do you think makes Silverline successful?

What is your favorite perk?

Being in NYC, I love the NYC office; its location and all the amenities.

What is your favorite memory from working at Silverline?

The holiday parties. It’s great to see everyone having a good time and not focused on work.

What do you hope for your future at Silverline?

I hope to continue to add value to the organization and take on more responsibilities. Additionally, I hope to help grow our data team and Silverline’s capabilities.

What advice would you give someone considering a job at Silverline?

If you want to be surrounded by really intelligent individuals and work on challenging yet rewarding projects, Silverline provides a great experience for that.
