We’re thrilled to announce that Tony McCune has joined our Healthcare and Life Sciences practice as Senior Director, Go-To-Market. In this role, Tony will lead our go-to-market strategy and POV while partnering with the sales and delivery teams to help companies in the HLS industry identify and realize new ways to leverage technology solutions that drive transformation, growth, and measurable ROI.

Tony entered the Salesforce ecosystem as Solution Architect for Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where he provided functional analysis and design for new business requests on the Salesforce CRM platform. He joined Silverline in 2015 as a Senior Solution Architect, leading project teams in the design and development of Salesforce CRM solutions for Financial Services and Healthcare customers.
Tony leverages his expertise in CRM to optimize processes and enhance business performance, ensuring a profound impact on customer engagement and the realization of our clients’ objectives. As the leader of Mphasis Silverline’s Healthcare and Life Sciences go-to-market team, he is focused on aligning critical business needs to the optimal CRM digital strategy. He is passionate about understanding what drives real impact within an organization and produces executable strategies that create that impactful outcome.
