Rachel Brean Expands Role, Leads Sales at Mphasis Silverline

Mphasis Silverline announced today that Rachel Brean will take on an expanded role as Managing Director, Head of Sales. She will be responsible for driving sales growth on a global scale, showcasing how our industry-leading solutions on the Salesforce platform can help clients achieve their business goals.

“Rachel brings a rich combination of client-facing business development and leadership acumen that make her a natural fit for this position,” says Gireesh Sonnad, CEO of Mphasis Silverline. “Her passion, experience, consultative approach, and understanding of the marketplace will further strengthen the value we offer our clients.”

Rachel has over 15 years of experience implementing and advising on large technology solutions. She has led pre-sales activities for several large-scale CRM implementations with extensive data integration components. She has spent the past five years at Mphasis Silverline in our banking and lending practice, working with some of our largest and most strategic regional banks. She has also made impactful contributions to internal programs like Mphasis Silverline’s Women in Tech group and the Diversity and Inclusion team. 

Prior to joining Mphasis Silverline, Rachel was at IBM’s Salesforce Consulting Practice. Prior to IBM, Rachel was with one of the world’s largest non-profit focused technology companies, where she worked as both a consultant and a solutions engineer.
