I’d like to take the last blog post of 2018 to reflect back on what an exciting year it was for the Silverline team. For me personally, I welcomed my third daughter and got to spend some quality time home with my family — thanks Silverline for supporting working moms and creating a culture with an amazing work/life balance!
As a company this year, we: took on an equity partner with Pamlico; welcomed 121 new employees to our team; and valued the diverse projects we were able to work on with our incredible clients. Here are some of my other favorite memories from 2018:
- We continued to focus on giving back through our 1-1-1 initiative, Silverline Cares. Two of my favorite highlights from the year include assembling and donating Care Kits to the American Red Cross at our team summit and our new partnership with the amazing nonprofit PepUp Tech.
- We focused on making Silverline a more diverse and inclusive workplace through our newly created Diversity and Inclusion program Silverline Allies, and continued to support Women in Technology at events like the WITness Success Conference.
- Silverline went Global and established our first overseas office in India!
- Finally, we received recognition through various awards including:
