Salesforce launches Health Cloud Pilot with Silverline

Salesforce Health Cloud: Putting Patients at the Center of Their Care

Salesforce has selected Silverline as one of five initial pilot partners of Salesforce Health Cloud, empowering healthcare providers to go beyond health records and build stronger relationships with patients. Salesforce Health Cloud is a cloud-based patient relationship management solution that enables providers to gain a complete view of the patient with integrated data from electronic medical records (EMRs), wearables and more; make smarter care decisions; engage with patients across their caregiver networks; and manage patient data.

“Being selected as one of the Pilot Partners, and in the company of such strong global consulting firms, is a a great testament to how our dedicated Healthcare practice provides the necessary capabilities to meet the needs of our clients, and inherently their customers (patients) by demonstrating a unique understanding of the complexity and intricacies of the industry,” said Matt Gretczko, Silverline’s Healthcare Practice Director. “Health Cloud will be a new tool within our own suite of solutions that will allow us to more quickly and easily innovate with our customers to meet their unique business needs at a process, functional, and clinical level.”

Health Cloud provides great reinforcement to the reality that the patients are now the customer. At Silverline, we’re excited to take a platform that has been historically built around getting a holistic, or 360 degree view of your customer, and adapting that to the new Healthcare customer. Further, the ability to now take data that is being consumed from multiple external systems, such as EMRs, Medical Devices, and Wearables and being able to seamlessly display that information in a contextually relevant, and actionable manner, is extremely exciting. Seeing a patient profile or timeline of activities related to that patient care offers up a whole new level of engagement and care management.

Silverline will be working with Salesforce, and Pilot Customers until the general release occurs, to get a better understanding of the application, provide feedback on its capabilities, and extend the application through the development of add-on components. This will set the framework for being able to successfully implement Health Cloud for clients in the upcoming months.
