Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Silverline

Silverline is committed to developing a culture and program of people-first initiatives

One that ensure we are growing a diverse, inclusive, and belonging employee population and bringing those employees together to build a more connected, innovative, and inclusive company.

It’s more than creating an environment with people from different backgrounds — it’s also encouraging diversity of thought and learning how we can empower everyone to share ideas, participate in initiatives for positive change, and make meaningful contributions and bring their authentic self to our workplace.

Silverline strives to create a more diverse and inclusive environment by leveraging communities and allowing employees the space to create new communities.

These employee-led and employee-organized groups (ARGs or affinity resource groups) are centered around common life experiences or backgrounds, and their allies. Their mission is to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion through continual learning both inside Silverline and the communities in which we live and work.

We’re also always working to eliminate bias in our people processes
