Job Title: Specialty Manager, Marketing Automation
Start Date: May 2022

Tell us a fun fact or something interesting about yourself: I am a mixology fan and have a custom bar in my basement and have been teaching classes and doing events now for the last three years.

Describe your position at Silverline: I am here to help get our marketing automation practice up and moving in our financial services group in particular.

What does your average day look like? My average day is meeting with clients and trying to help them better utilize the tools they have or helping them find solutions to solve unique challenges and then trying to distill what I learn into content that can help us position our marketing automation practice in financial services.

How did you find out about Silverline and your current position? Through a friend that already worked at Silverline. They had great things to say and the opportunity was too good to pass up.

What made you choose Silverline? I liked the potential challenge of starting something from the ground floor. I also liked the ability to start in a new technology industry but not lose all of my previous banking industry knowledge.

What motivates you at work? I believe in having a growth mindset. The ability to learn something new everyday and then share that knowledge with clients and co-workers really gets me excited.

What are some interesting challenges you face? I wouldn’t call them challenges, I would call them learning opportunities. Those come everyday in the technology space, especially marketing automation, where you have new tech almost every month. My favorite opportunity is taking all this new technology and creating value out of it for clients.

What has been your favorite company experience or perk so far? I really love how progressive and inclusive our company is. Coming from the banking industry, there was a lot lacking in that area and I really love being part of something more connected.

What do you hope for your future at Silverline? I would love to see our marketing automation practice become a market leader in this space and would love to work with the great team to make that happen.

What do you think makes Silverline successful? I know it sounds corny, but our people. Everyone I have worked with has been amazing and their stories are so unique. Everyone is passionate about what they do and the technology they work on and I think that comes through to our clients.

What advice would you give someone considering a job at Silverline? Make sure you stay focused on your clients and what matters most to them. Everything else will fall in place.
