Jill Harrison, our VP of Silverline Ventures, is officially a Salesforce Einstein Champion!
All about Jill
As VP of Silverline Ventures, Jill leads the Capital Markets practice at Silverline and has spent the last decade working with Private Equity firms and Investment Banks to develop their long-term digital transformation and data strategies.
During her tenure at Silverline, Jill started Silverline Cares, the corporate social responsibility and volunteerism group, and Silverline Allies, which is dedicated to the active pursuit of diversity and inclusion programming within Silverline and in the community at large. Based in New York, she is a start-up veteran and advisor who builds new partnerships and ventures across the Salesforce ecosystem.
A Midwestern native hailing from Kansas City, Jill studied at the University of Chicago and spends her free time renovating an old brownstone, taking photographs with old cameras, and hitting her DJ deck.
We’re thrilled that Jill has the platform to share her Einstein passion and expertise with the Ohana and beyond.
Becoming an Einstein Champion
Jill has been active in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 15 years. In that time, she has seen it grow from a startup into the worldwide technology platform as we know it today. Her interest in AI and its impact on business has grown right along with it.
“I’m most excited about being an Einstein Champion because my goal as an industry thought leader is to bring forward applied use cases for AI to help our customers take their business objectives and turn them into Einstein projects that help their companies thrive,” Jill said.
To become an Einstein Champion, you need to master Salesforce Einstein products (Einstein Bots, Opportunity Scoring, Case Classification, Einstein Prediction Builder, Einstein Next Best Action, Einstein Vision & Language, Einstein Voice, Einstein Search), complete the Einstein Champions Trailmix, and commit to sharing your expertise throughout the year.
Easier said than done, but hard work pays off.
This past year, Jill has been busy. She has shared her expertise by penning the Silverline Trend Report 2020: Private Equity Outlook, interviewing Stonebriar CTO Steve Siler about AI Journeys and Einstein Insights, and participating in countless webinars (like her Design Thinking Secrets for Your First Einstein Experiment, and moderating Episode 1: Meet the Digital Imperative with an AI-Powered Platform of Salesforce’s new webinar series).
As for the rest of the year, there’s no sign that she’ll be slowing down any time soon. Join Jill (and others!) this October 8, at 1:00 PM EST for The Power of Enterprise Relationships: Why your CRM needs ERM. Jill and co. will have hot takes on some of the coolest new ways to augment relationship intelligence, and how ERMs fit into a next-gen CRM strategy.
